SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped from our warehouse, which is located in Wantirna south, Melbourne, the next working day after full payment is received.

EasyCase is working with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location. Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product. Hence discounts on freight costs are not available.

We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Customer has the full responsibility to provide us the correct address at the time of checkout (PO BOX, Parcel locker/collect address is not acceptable). We are not responsible for any wrong or incomplete address postage. If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 20% re-stocking fee will apply for both cases mentioned above.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO SHIP TO MY CUSTOMERS?

The estimated delivery time frames are:

For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;

For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;

For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 12 working days.

NOTE:

Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges

For purchases from easycase.com.au, we are happy to accept items back for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in a sellable condition and the original packaging undamaged.

To arrange your online exchange or return please complete the following steps;

1. Please contact info@easycase.com.au or via our online contact us page here.

2. You will receive a confirmation email from us and the return address, pack the item and send it back.

3. Refunds are granted provided the returned product(s) meets the conditions outlined above.

4. Please note - we are unable to accept unsolicited returns.
